-1Terremoto News: CSI: OBAMA - “IL DNA DI MIGLIAIA DI AMERICANI RACCOLTO A LORO INSAPUTA, ANCHE SE NON HANNO COMMESSO REATI” CSI: OBAMA (SEMPRE PEGGIO!)

1- DATAGATE: ALLARME NYT, RACCOLTO DNA MIGLIAIA AMERICANI

(ANSA) - Non solo spiati su telefono e web. E in molti senza neanche saperlo. E' l'allarme del New York Times. F.B.IF.B.INew York Times logoNew York Times logo

Hundreds of thousands of Americans suspected of criminal or subversive activities - but also innocent victims of crime - are likely to be ' filed ' in life , with their DNA stored in the laboratories of dozens of local law enforcement agencies . - The Times , while until recently the collection of DNA was virtually the exclusive jurisdiction of the FBI , now an increasing number of police agencies around the United States

- Many putting together their data - are collecting and entering into the database of DNA samples from thousands of people , armed with a recent Supreme Court ruling that supports this practice, even if only for people arrested for serious crimes.

A trend - the newspaper - that elicits no small concern in a time when America is so much discussion of privacy violated . The NYT points out how often this practice of collecting DNA does not concern only prejudiced people arrested and accused of crimes, but also many innocent people victims of crime , whose DNA is still preserved. Often, even the newspaper report , the DNA comes from some defendants as part of a plea bargain or in exchange for a discount on the front of the heads of accusation and condemnation .
